These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of tirimhealth.com and any related pages, quizzes and reservations (together, the “Site”), operated by Tirim Health (“Tirim,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing a reservation deposit, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Tirim is a pre-launch service. We do not currently provide medical care, diagnoses, prescriptions or medical advice, and nothing on the Site is a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. When Tirim launches, care will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians, who will decide whether any treatment is appropriate for you. Completing the quiz or placing a deposit does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not guarantee that you will be prescribed any treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to use the Site or place a reservation.
You may reserve a spot by paying a $19 reservation deposit. Your deposit:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks may take several business days to show a refund. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Prices shown on the Site are expected launch prices. If you place a reservation deposit, the plan price shown at the time of your reservation will be locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. Taxes, if any, are additional. Plan details, including which treatments are available, may change before launch, and any treatment is subject to a clinician’s approval.
You agree to provide accurate information in the quiz and at checkout. How we collect, use and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting to access it without authorization, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including the Tirim name, text, graphics and design, belong to Tirim or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Health information on the Site is general and educational, and may not apply to your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tirim will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a reservation will not exceed the amount you paid us, which for a reservation is $19.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
